Stress Stones Fluorite, Rose Quartz & Bloodstone

This little combination of crystals i have put together for Stress.
These stone are well known for there healing properties

Fluorite is a beautiful crystal, known for its
ability to calm and relieve stress and anxiety,
also helping to get rid of mental blocks and other
mental issues.

Rose quartz a lovely light pink coloured crystal known
for its happiness healing qualities, bringing
inner warmth, to love oneself, attracts the love of
others and bringing love in to almost any situation.
Rose quartz carries a soft feminine energy of
compassion and peace, tenderness and healing,
nourishment and comfort. It speaks directly to
the Heart Chakra, dissolving emotional wounds,
fears and resentments, and circulates a Divine
loving energy throughout the entire aura.

Bloodstone known for its powerful healing properties
when dealing with grief and trauma, said to calm
even the most stressful situation.

When feeling stressed and upset, take the stones and
just hold them in a closed hand, shut your eyes and
